 This 500 page book covers how to set up MAXIMO® for maintenance and Business Performance Management enterprise wide, how to administrate it, and most importantly, how to use it to focus your organization on your core purpose!
The book discusses how to avoid common pitfalls in the application of MAXIMO® to common Maintenance and Reliability topics and how to obtain the final goal of a MAXIMO® Implementation - Informed Employee's.
The book begins with a strong focus on the topics of Key Performance Indicators, Business Performance Monitors and Balanced Score Cards.
There are maintenance and reliability examples throughout the book to support how to develop a blueprint for your process, and what to focus on. The book covers using a blueprint tool for the development of a balanced scorecard for use across your organization or at least your current "span of control", and will introduce the concept of a "Data Integrity Strategy Map".

The latter chapters focus in great detail on getting data out of MAXIMO® using little known standard reports, combined with some custom reporting, and add on integration tools. These add to the ability to provide actionable intelligence at all levels of the organization and supports an empowered workforce.
